The final results for the Llantarnam Portsmouth held on Sunday 29th January 2012 are in:
- Gold for Ann White (Ladies Barebow - Single Portsmouth)
- Gold, a new Gwent record and White Dragon Award for Helen James (Ladies Longbow - Single Portsmouth)
- Gold and a Gold Dragon Award for Julian Cleak (Gents Compound - Double Portsmouth)
Ann managed to beat Rachel Watts by 1 point to secure first place in the Ladies Barebow.
With her outstanding score of 394, Helen
managed to break the 2005 Gwent record by 8 points. Another 3 points
and she would have broken the Welsh record! She also gained her White
Dragon Award and is the first Ladies Longbow to claim a dragon award. Sam Moore, WAA Records Officer, sends his
