· 2001 Started shooting Compound and started developing my own unique 2 tone cable system
· 2003 took up FITA field archery with my compound and now hold Master Bowman in a whole new discipline. All the time advancing and developing my bow Re-cabling System.
· Now all sorts of multi colour options are available (1 / 2 / 3 colour etc.)
· Highest indoor FITA with R/C is 575
· Just this week shot 577 at the National indoor where I was a quarter finalists to top ranked Adam Shaw. It was great to shoot head to head again after all these years. I remember shooting the national indoor in 1993 with my recurve bow when the knock-out round was in its infancy. That time I picked up a bronze medal. This time it was great to show off my Flame Cable System (Red, Black and Yellow) and know that they would not let me down and they would give me every advantage even though I was going into the tournament with not much recent practice (being a part-timer!)
