Can I Join?
If you can answer yes to one of the following questions you can join:
- Are you an experienced archer, previously or currently a member of Archery GB?
- Have you completed an Archery GB/GNAS recognised beginners course within the last six months?
How to Join
To join St Kingsmark Bowmen you will need to provide the following details to complete one of the forms below:
- Title (Mr, Mrs, Miss, Ms)
- Full name
- Address (house number, street, town, county and postcode)
- Home telephone number and/or mobile telephone number (please provide at least one)
- Date of birth (applicable to everyone)
- Let us know if you are 60 or over (if so, you benefit from a discounted Chepstow Athletic Club membership fee)
- Let us know if you are between 18 and 25 (if so, you benefit from a discounted Archery GB membership fee)
- Archery GB Membership Number (if you are an experienced archer rejoining or you are joining as an associated member. If you have your membership card available, please attach a photocopy of your card to your initial email.)
- Let us know if you are joining as a full or associated member
- The date and place of your beginners course (if you are a beginner and have just completed one)
- Let us know if you are registered disabled as you are then entitled to a discount on Archery GB fees.
- State how you would like to pay your joining fees. Payment can be made by cheque, cash or Direct transfer.
- The information that you provide is required by Archery GB for their records and will be passed to them so that you can become a member. Your personal data will only be used for club administration and will not be passed to third party organisations without your consent. St Kingsmark Bowmen take data security seriously and will do their best to keep it safe.
But I don’t have an email address …
If you don’t have an email address, download and print the application form below and then pop along to the club and hand it to our club secretary (or another club officer).
What Happens Next?
Upon receipt of your application form the club secretary will:
- Calculate the joining fees due for each new member
- Draft an application form for each new member, using the details provided
- Validate your previous Archery GB membership number (if applicable)
- Validate the date and place of your beginners course (if applicable)
- Email the draft application form for each new member to the original sender (if you completed one of the forms below). Please check that the details are correct and inform the club secretary of any errors.
- Request payment of the joining fees. If you have selected to pay by cheque or cash you will be advised on where to send it. If you have selected to pay by Direct transfer you will be provided with the bank details to make the transfer.
Upon receipt of payment you will become a member of the club.
Please note that if the club has reached its maximum number of members allowed, you will not be able to join until a member resigns from the club.
